Reproclaiming the Everlasting Gospel
We were recently asked to respond to an online discussion.
The point we were asked to respond to was as follows; "Well, my most important question that i asked earlier is that what is so special about George Fox's views and beliefs? From what i understand, he wasn't satisfied with the Anglicans and Catholics of his time and he took matters into his own hand. He started preaching, and sharing the gospel in his own special way! But most of his doctrinal differentiation clings towards Eastern Orthodoxy, pietism and simplicity. Why did he have to start something of his own?"
Does anyone on New Foundation Fellowship Forum have anything to say to this?
You might like to respond on our site here, or on our discussion forum?
Thank you Allistair for posting this here. I do want to point out that this has also been posted on our Facebook Forum Page (http://www.facebook.com/pages/New-Foundation-Fellowship-Forum/17959...) On that page you will see some comments that have been made I think worthwhile to read and consider. Feel free to jump in either place.

The NFF exists to preach the Christian Message that was proclaimed by the Early Friends. Christ has come to teach his People himself
