Welcome, Wayne, to the NFF website. Please feel free to introduce yourself and to tell us of your interest in the work of the New Foundation Fellowship.
Thank you very much for allowing me to be a part of the New Foundation Fellowship via this website. I have been acquainted with the ministry for a number of years now. I have not been able to participate in a number of the gatherings for sometime now. Now, with the means of the web page and all of its capabilities, I will be able to be a part of the ministry via the means of the internet. I have been among Friends since my birth, I am considered among Friends as a birthright Quaker. I have accepted Jesus into my life when I was nine years old while we lived in Kansas at the Quaker Youth Camp (Quake Haven) south of Wichita. The call to ministry was when I was 17, as calling to my vocation. I was planning to be an engineer, but God had something different, with in two years, I was speaking, declaring and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ in a church in Friends Station, Tennessee. The church was established in 1792, if I remember correctly. At the time is was a part of North Carolina Yearly Meeting of Friends.

Wayne, Where in Kansas were you living and what year/s did you attend Quaker Haven youth camp? I grew up at Gate, Oklahoma, was there from 1951 to 1987. We may have crossed paths somewhere other than the gathering at Richmond, Indiana.
