Thank you Ellis for the welcome, though when i am reading it now and responding much late in time after being a member. I hope however that i am not too late to catch up with all i have missed.

About myself....

I am from Kenya, based in Nairobi, and a Quaker since birth. I have read as much materials on Quakerism (of course one can never say has read enough). I have also written two or three articles in the NFF papers in the past, and look forward to get back to continuous writing as i learn too from the great giants i live to admire in my life on the "Quakerulture", and especially in the current contexts.

I also take some time to teach in a number of gatherings when invited, mostly they have been interdenominational, here in Nairobi. the above notwithstanding, i need even more, to satiate my hunger for readership on the life, culture, behavior and words of quakers.

I came to learn of NFF because we receive them quite often. Terry Wallace has been sending my mum and at times myself the papers, and they have left indelible marks in my life. 

Ah, Ellis, i can write and write.
