New Foundation Workers Gathering

Our next NFF meeting , which will include our business, will be on Saturday February 23^rd. It will be at my flat, 4 Brunswick Square Gloucester, as being the most convenient for Friends that have been able to come. But we are open to other venues in the future.

Our agenda will include future meetings, e.g. 20 April at Friends House London.  But our main topic  Allistair and I feel should be the state and use of our NFF literature. To be able to deal with that we should like all of you, whether you can come to the meeting or not, to let us have a list of all of our publicatrions and books and related writingsyou have available, including how many.of each item.  We need to discuss how to use them, irrespective of where they are kept. Who is responsible when they need reprinting or replacing etc, what is still useful, how we coordinate the uaseful additions Michael Langford has made and is still making. And so on. How Allistairs work on the web site can best help without leaving him too much to do. Also be familiar with his negotiations with US NFF with Terry Smith Wallace on their literature and possible exchanges and the finances that are involved with all that.
