 ocation & Date: near Casper, Wyoming, USA, July 7-10, 2016. Deadline f
 or registration: May 1, 2016.  Cost: A $50 registration fee (due May 1
 , 2016 postmark). $75 more will be due at the gathering. Children unde
 r 12 attend free (child care will be provided). Participants will pay 
 for their own lodging and breakfasts. Snacks, lunch, and supper will b
 e provided Friday-Sunday noon. Some scholarship help is available. NOT
 E: Instead of spending money on a conventional facility, we are reserv
 ing those funds to help those who need it with travel and/or lodging e

  Facilities: This is an outdoor, scent-free, smoke-free event, to acco
 mmodate attenders with chemical sensitivities. Meetings will take plac
 e under a large canopy to ensure plenty of shade. Meeting site is appr
 oximately 13 miles west of Casper, Wyoming; transportation will be pro
 vided to and from the meeting site morning and evening for attenders s
 taying at any of the motels listed below (Parkway Plaza is usually the
  most reasonably priced). Transportation can not be guaranteed for att
